Misdiagnosed Because of My Weight

My poor doctor is trying so hard but she just finished her residency last month lol. I've given her the benefit of the doubt and to her credit, she's listened to me when I said my weight may be making some things worse, but these are problems I've had since before I gained weight. She's also listened when I explained my rarer conditions to her because she knows she hasn't seen them in person yet and, in some cases, is lucky she's seeing a real patient with a rare condition at all. Try explaining that your weight isn't the problem (but acknowledge that it could be making the pain worse and that's it). If they're not receptive, ditch them
