I had a wreck a few months ago due to being too tired at the wheel and was put on nuvigil and prescribed a CPAP for a shortly thereafter diagnosed case of sleep apnea. the nuvigil has changed everything. it's great at keeping me alert and I'd highly recommend it to anyone struggling with tiredness
