Trying to be More Social

I am also an introvert. This is the only place I feel secure enough to offer my opinions freely. I rarely leave my couch due to my medical issues, and most people think I'm lazy or just plain weird. This is the one place where there are no judgements or agendas. Thanks and welcome to all.

I'm just really horrible at the whole chit chat small talk stuff. Makes me incredibly uncomfortable. I've been an introvert since my early teens. People always ask why don't you talk more. It feels kinda rude to tell them I just have nothing important or interesting to say.

I am not social either but I can appear to be but I am a social introvert.
