Dealing with Childhood Trauma

🤗 Same. I was drugged. I only remember after, my injuries and the pain and the trip to the emergency room.

It's extra hard because sometimes I find myself saying "it didn't happen" or "you're making this up" all because I cannot remember that specific moment. But the symptoms and recollection of what I do know shows enough. If you know and feel it in your heart don't doubt yourself. But with that said you don't need to know everything you can still heal. It takes time

I remember the events leading up to the act but I do not remember the actual sexual abuse. I just remember always knowing what sex was as a child and knowing that my body was touched.
