So I'm just curious, I can't be the only one that has meltdowns in my dreams right? I just woke up about 40 min ago. In my dream: I was walking to the van in my dream bc we was going to go somewhere (this was at a school but I graduated in 2020.) and this teenage girl walked up right beside stoped and screamed on the top of her lungs for the 10th time for no reason then proceeded to laugh. I covered my ears and tried so hard to stop the meltdown but I fell to the ground sobbing, rocking, and hitting my head. everyone in my dream just stood there watching the whole thing till it was over. Then I grabbed my things and put my head down outta embarrassment and slumped over in my seat trying to avoid all the looks from the people in my dream. I was so glad to wake up. so anyways does anybody else do this when in your dreams?

i’ve been having meltdowns in my dreams off and on for the past few months. it’s actually kinda funny because i literally just woke up from a dream where i had pretty much the same experience in a different setting! i hadn’t heard of this happening to anyone else so i thought it was just a me thing but that’s super interesting and i feel less crazy now haha
