Passed out during mock trial testimony

I'm in mock trial and we had a competition today. I passed out during my testimony 😐. They actually had a paramedic in the room but I still felt so embarrassed . I am so upset that I didnt get to compete, my sub had to go in.

      @lillia Oh goodness. Could you put it down to anything that could have triggered it? Stress? Fatigue? Sometimes trying to find triggers can help finding management and treatment options. Although sometimes eating chocolate and crying to a rom com can help.💕
