I have felt that way many times before. But I’m glad I’m still here. The world is not done with you yet. Some good could be just around the corner. Hang in there.

Take it from an old lady, life is worth living even with fibromyalgia. I have had it most of my life but I’ve had a good life. I do what I can when I can every day. I am also a very stubborn gal and when diagnosed I decided this was not going to beat me. Yes a lot of my days are ruled by fibromyalgia but I’ve planned a lot of awesome events around it. I don’t know your situation but there are medicines including medical marijuana, agencies with support groups and counseling and all of us. Giving up should never be an option. I don’t know your belief system but prayers work for me. I’m sure you’ve had dreams and desires. Try focusing on one, figure out how to accomplish it with the fibromyalgia and do it.

I've felt the same way many many times. I still feel that way. The only thing that keeps me going is knowing that I will end up hurting my children if I'm gone. I would never ever want them to feel the way I did when I lost my mama. Just know u have a purpose to be in this world..u r loved

Have felt and continue to feel at times. This is so tough and the Pandemic makes it worse, but you are not alone. The world is coming back, and changing for the better I think. Keep pushing through, you never know what’s ahead of you!

That is not something you will regret , keep going, talk to us, find a therapist, it sounds like meds might benefit you as well.. It took a lot of work to-get where I am but it was worth it.

I felt that way once. I was at a point that I realized I understood why people killed themselves. I decided not to do anything but understood where those who did were coming from. I was surprised at my thinking. I had a close friend to talk to who was able to get where I was. It was what I needed. I hope you can find someone to help you by listening.

Please if you are into western medicine get out and find a kind doctor who treats root causes 💕 In my case frequencies saved my life. Please don’t give up because some dr told you that you have to live like this all your life.

I feel this way everytime it gets real bad. But I would never do it because I really don't want to die. I just don't wanna feel this pain. I can't remember 1 day in 14 years that I have not been in pain. I forgot what it feels like to not feel pain every day.
