do knuckles seem to be a high concentration area of all the body pain for anyone else? I feel like yes, I have overall body pain, but for years it seems like so much of my pain “lives” in my knuckles.
My hands hurt so bad all the time, haha. My more severe pains are in my hips and shoulders, but my knuckles and wrists consistently hurt. I also have problems with my hands going numb, do you?
