Dealing with Hair Loss: My Struggle and Journey

Was diagnosed 7 months ago with Seborrheic Dermatitis on scalp. Caused a lot of hair loss. Treated with anti fungal shampoo and hair oil. That cleared it, but hair is still thin. Been supplementing with Hair La Vie. Not so sure that’s helping. Anyone have luck with supplements? Also take high Vit D and have under active Thyroid.

Vitamin D deficiency will cause hairloss and also thyroid issues will as well

I've read you need to keep a close watch on your thyroid for this. Hair loss and dry skin, I have too and have been reading everything I can get my hands on for help.

😥 Me too, I have been taken plant based collagen, it seems to help some. My hair gets thinner the older I get. My Mom has balding on the top of her head, I am sure I will too. It is so hard to accept, because I always took pride in my hair. Prayers for you and you are not alone.
