So, I have had eosinophillic esophagitis for several years now, and I am just curious what food trigger you guys the most and what foods do not?

It was never suggested to me to change my diet or look for trigger foods. My husband and I just started noticing that I had fewer to no symptoms if I ate a certain way way. My biggest trigger is rice. I'm guaranteed an issue. Also, carbonated drinks can sometimes be a problem. If I'm eating my low-carb/keto diet, I have no problems

I have no idea. Haven't been able to figure out my trigger. Still have a count over 100 after elimination diet for 8 months. Tried PPI but it tore up my stomach. I stopped it.
