my boyfriend messed with the breaker and our living room lights were out. I got mad and asked him to stop doing stuff if he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Then he grabbed me. He puts his hands on me a lot and i’m getting sick of it so i punched him in the face. Then he punched me in the back of my head and my eye. Is this my fault? I know i’m wrong but i’m just tired of it and i feel like such a bad person. But my face is also fucked up and my glasses are broken. I’m just tired of it but i know i won’t leave

Hunny...😥 you shouldn't be with him if he hurts you. That isn't love at all. None of this is your fault.

That's abuse, plain and simple...why won't you leave?

Someone hitting you is never your fault. It's a choice they make. Abuse is never acceptable.

If you aren't ready to leave you should have a discussion about boundaries
