hi everyone, I'm Cardeg. new to the group...I've had increased anxiety when it comes to leaving the house for any reason. I postpone whatever I can and have anxiousness when anticipating days that I have to leave. it is worse since covid. I had meetings twice a week and went to the gym 3 times a week...I have to be careful about masking and distancing. I have asthma that's brought on by a virus that puts me in the hospital every time. I recently got out of hospital again from asthma incident...not covid...so I'm back to being fearful of rejoining my previous activities..I see a therapist every three weeks..

Baby steps: go outside for short periods of time. Increase time when feeling less anxious.
