hell yeah! It took me a good few years until I got to my gynecologist who diagnosed me with endo. Do not lose hope, in the end, you will reach the long-awaited doctor who will help you.

It took me almost a decade until I found my current gynecologist who also diagnosed my endometriosis. I already thought I was exaggerating and that maybe I was even exaggerating my pain a bit. Until I met him, attentive, humane, professional, and thorough - performed a comprehensive history of the symptoms, thoroughly examined, and finally also gave the diagnosis. To this day I am his patient, he helps me balance the pain in the best way for me.

Out of the 15 specialists that I’ve seen in the past 9 years, 1 of them suggested Endo. And only three of them were women.

It was extremely difficult, I think I have Endo for a decade now but I was officially diagnosed five years ago. Today I think that the awareness to the disease increased in the medical field but I strongly suggest you find a specialist for diagnosis.
