I recently have had a fallen out with my parents. I had gone down to texas my spring break and they were mad, i told them where i was going and where i was staying before i left. During the break in texas, i noticed $2,000 was gone from my account (money that I made from work) and it was taken from my dad. He recently has called me a disappointment and that I was being disrespectful to him and my mom. Now, I haven't talked to them in a month because I was done letting him control my life. I have recently decided that for the best interest in my mental health is to cut them off, but I don't know what to do.

I understand how you feel, I wish your parents loved you like they should, parents should help there kids go through there struggles and not be a disappointment to them
It is really hard to decide to cut out family.
@Bird1e he has been controlling and disrespectful since I was in 8th grade I believe and hasn't stopped and I'm in college. Some of my family think i should try to work things out with him but I dont think i want to
@leyla that is all that matters is what you want to do. Be strong and stand your ground. It will nit be easy however in the long run you will feel better
