I went to a naturopath (was only able to pay out of pocket for a limited amount of time) and I take this natural supplement called "Lipotropic Complex" by Integrative. It's for the liver and really helped regulate my hormones and decresed the excess of hair I had.
The liver balances some key hormones (for pcos, cortisol and testerone is a key one) so I presume taking them helped me with that.
I honestly will probably going to be taking these for life. It's all natural so there are alternatives. You could just eat milk thistle I suppose :p .
I hope this helps!
