Hello, me again. I need to know if anyone does the same thing. I look in the mirror every morning and check my weight as soon as I wake up. If I gained a pound or more, I go and workout as soon as I see the scale. I purge after and before I workout, I take painkillers to stop my stomach from growling all day, also to help with the headachs and the feeling of feeling Faint. I make myself throw up sometimes because I ate something that was over 200 cal. Does anyone feel the same?
