21 Year Old Female Seeking FND Support

I'm 20 and from the USA and also have NES. I go to therapy to help reduce stress and try stuff at home to also reduce it. I got diagnosed with it in February of 2023. Doctors told me I can't work or drive until I'm 6 months seizure free. Which sucks. I also have fainting spells. I either faint or have a seizure. Or faint and then a seizure right after fainting
