How can I be less of a Chimney? I'm pro 420 ,but can't always smoke my problems away. It's expensive ,but helps with my anxiety and mood disorder by helping me eat. I would love some tips to help cut back stress smoking.
Hey, I quit about 2 months ago because it negatively affected me mentally. I can't say for sure I have many healthy tips for slowing down, except to truly test its affects recently you'd have to take a tolerance break (1.5-2 weeks). I can say, however that delta 8 is legal to the public, much cheaper, and does almost exactly the same thing.
It’s totally okay if this doesn’t work (you probably even tried it!), but it’s helped for me to focus on the slight effects of weed. With my card, I know how expensive weed is too!!! I try to just smoke enough that I feel the effect I need, and can get up and do the thing. I can’t speak much for the stress side of things though, I’m really sorry

Actually, for a while I removed all rolling paper from my apartment. I was out of carts and broke my pipe, so I figured it was time to take a break. The lack of access to it helped a bunch!
This might not be helpful to you, ik smoking helps a ton of people, I just wasn't one of them.
In my case I could only eat food after I smoked. If I didn't smoke the smell of food would make me want to throw up, so I literally could only eat like a few bites of bread or something. I don't really have advice for stopping, for me the habit was habitual so when my BFF that I would smoke with moved out for state, I stopped.
Ever since my first, appetite has been an issue with pregnancy. My morning sickness was bad. Weed saved me and normally helps. A pen is great for those times like now when I can't sleep and stomach is bad.
