So I’ve been off meds for about a year now so I can u definitely understand what your feeling and to be honest I still don’t entirely feel like myself and that’s ok it’s a process and it takes time the best thing you can do is use your coping skills and your network of supports as you need them but most importantly take care of you explore hobbies and activities to basically find yourself all over again
