I was born with lymphedema, it's a hereditary disease on my mother's side. My daughter and I have both had CDT. We both wear compression wraps, use lymphatic massage and we try to walk everyday. The first initial wrap can be painful, I've had this done every ten years, so I'm use to it. I hope this helps.
