I've only it for a few months at a time. It's helped immensely along with taking turmeric. But I do live in Wisconsin and it's hard to be dairy free. My Dr is talking with my insurance to cover Otezla. I'm hoping this is helpful.
Staying clean and dry helps (not getting sweaty or not washing off sweat) using a steroid cream with lotion helps, I ordered Dermarest and use it as a body wash and shampoo, but getting a true steroid cream from a doctor helped the most. I didn't find changing my diet made a difference, could just be me though. Alcohol triggered it though so I stopped drinking. Good luck friend!
