Hi, I’m Evani and I was recently diagnosed with Hashimotos. I am wondering if and how others have been able to get and keep their autoimmune disease in remission. Thank you!

Balancing my blood sugar has helped me incredibly!! Sugar gives me headaches and brain fog. And ofc going gluten free. Paleo or AIP diet is the best.

Np! I would recommend reading "Hashimoto's Protocol: A 90-Day Plan for Reversing Thyroid Symptoms and Getting Your Life Back". It's quite simple to understand and gives you fundamental changes to make.

Okay, I've dealt w this condition most if my life. I wad 11 when I was diagnosed and it has been a struggle the past 7 yrs to deal w. W hoshimotos disease your body needs a lot of rest, the sooner you learn that the better. Exercise is very important, make sure u r staying active. You might feel ashamed bc of how much rest u need, but dealing w this condition is a superpower. Find foods that are right for you and maybe consult w a holistic and nutrition specialist, ik mine has saved me. You got this! One day at a time. 👍💗
