Dealing with Chronic Nosebleeds and Sinus Issues

so i've been having a bad time 😞 i mentioned going to the hospital for a nosebleed last week, and i'm still getting them. they're really severe and i immediately get dizzy and brain foggy when i get one just today i was out getting lunch with my friend and my nose started up again at the restaurant 😞 which was super embarrassing especially since i thought the medicine i got at the hospital was helping i'm starting to think i have chronic sinusitis?? cause i've been having other problems with my sinuses for years and now this is happening. but i don't know. i'm gonna bring it up with my doctor but i don't see her until late march, so i'll just try to keep the bleeding under control for now. but man it makes my whole body feel awful,,
