A lot of people have been getting irritated that I "react weird" and that my triggers "don't make sense" and everytime I try to explain half the response is "okay but have you considered Not Thinking About It?" or "I simply wouldn't let things effect me like that" as if I'm not desperate for my own piece. I also don't want me to be doing what I'm doing but I lose control and scramble to pick up the pieces as quickly as I can but everyone just gets fed up that I broke down to being with and my therapist moved towns so now I'm on a waiting list for therapy so I can't even ask for advice and work on my goals with a professional and the other half of all the responses from friends is "see a therapist". I'm trying they're just not available around here unless I want to drive an hour twice a week to go see a therapist for an hour and then drive back and with gas at 5 dollars a gallon and I'm working overtime every week I simply don't have that time or option. has anyone had any luck with those online therapy services? or any other tips and tricks to finally get over my everything

Talk to me. We are the same. I am completely done in this. No family. I pushed all my friends away so... No one
I would seek out if your previous provider would potentially do Telehealth because I get how therapy can be hard to come by, the office my provider was in stopped doing it but she plead for my case to continue with me because I’m away at college for a majority of the year and she’s based in my hometown. Typically when I get triggered and start to freak out, I try to politely excuse myself from the situation or environment I’m in to decompress. I personally don’t like others seeing me in that way and it’s certainly not always done with the healthiest of intentions but even knowing I have the option to walk away has been more helpful in keeping reactions contained or managing certain triggers.
