Mine has been progressing slowly and it's kinda scary right now.

Yes, mine has slowly but gradually progressed. It happens to some & and doesn’t to others. As well as having a mix of both. That’s definitely a scary thing to think about for the future. I’m hoping your POTS doesn’t get worse, but either way, you got this :)
