Hi is there any none medication to help with general pain? I have had a large cyst removed this past march. Im fully recovered aside from scars/wound. But i still find lower abdominal cramps/aching type pain. I drink green tea but is there anything else (thats affordable)? Im scared that some vitamins and stuff are B.S lol
