just any general advice? I almost died last time I had a manic episode and I'm scared ill have another one

      E-moods is a good app to help you keep track of emotions and be able too recognize the symptoms before an episode. It also has a feture of an emergency plan incase things get bad. It has you make lists of emergency contacts, reasons to live, coping strategies, and how to get into a safe environment. Also having a loved one keep a copy of it so they can help support so its not just on you in an emergency

      I have a support system that will help with mine. But I have coping methods that if I can catch it coming on soon enough I will start first. I would get some like I do arts and crafts and phone games. And then I will also find good books to read.
