Understanding Neurodiversity: Am I Allistic or Autistic?

I often wonder if I'm autistic as well as adhd. There's A TON of overlap in the traits, and ADHD is a spectrum itself (you might have some traits that others don't). A diagnosis would be the best way to find out, but look up dsm-5 autism criteria if you think you might be on the spectrum. You have to have every one of the criteria to be considered autistic I think.
