I've noticed more memory loss and depression....is it just me or does the uc do this?

      @ToriRae That’s the exact same case for me and I am not even allow to take iron vitamin pills because they cause blood in the stool.

      I don't know if it causes it, but I've definitely read people with IBD get depression more than people without IBD do.

      From a flare up...Weightless, being dehydrated, not getting enough vitamins from the foods I eat, not exercising..this causes me to lose memory and just not think straight. I'll notice more depression, and I'm not even upset about the flare, but can tell I have an overall depression "for no reason" although there's probably a direct link from my body and mind not being healthy.

        @CrohnsyPoo my doctor told me my uc could cause bad memory loss and so could my iron deficiency anemia. But I didn't know if they were just saying that or if it actually happened
