I think this is a situation where healthy communication is key! Obviously your husband doesn’t owe you sex, especially with his health problems, but that doesn’t mean your wants and needs in the relationship aren’t important! I think your husband would like to know if your needs aren’t being met, even if he isn’t comfortable with sex. I hope your husband’s dialysis is going well, and I wish you the very best! 💕

I'm truly so very sorry to hear that and I can't even begin to imagine how difficult it is for both of you. I'm definitely with others here about talking to him about this, he may just surprise you in a good way. I definitely wish you both the best 🙂

I think you should talk to him and ask him how does he feel about it. Ask if that's something that ever crosses his mind as well. He might just be wondering the same thing but doesn't know how to ask you. Talk with him before you do anything else. I hope everything works out for you.
