I can’t stop sleeping so much - any advice? I have little to no energy and all I want to do is stay in bed.

If you don’t already, pick up knitting, crochet, or something similar (I vote knitting, learning curve is kind to beginners). Plop yourself on your couch/floor/comfy chair, hell, even your bed, turn something on the tv, and knit. You aren’t exerting much more energy, and once you push past the hurdle of actually doing it, you’ll have something to show for it too, even if it’s just a few rows of a scarf. I say knitting also because there is more than one way to hold the needles so you can choose one that doesn’t cause you pain (continental all the way!). This really helped me when I was transitioning from sleeping 16-18 hours a day (doctor’s orders), to 13-15.
@Seae oh wow I didn’t even think of something like that

I do too it is hard with depression and than add health issues on top that have chronic fatigue issues is tough.. I do take vit D and also B12 shots monthly I try my best but sometimes it just feels impossible :/ will try to push myself some more if I can.
I feel you. I’m always super sleepy too. My Dr prescribed me Vitamin D, that helps a little with energy. I get 7-8 hrs of sleep every night and I wake up feeling like I hardly slept. Idk if it’s because my body is in pain and I’m not actually resting. Dr has also ordered a sleep study. Maybe try some Vitamin D and see if that boosts your energy at least a bit. But definitely try pushing yourself a little to get up and do something productive.. take a walk, go to the stores, do your make up.. idk stuff like that helps me. I also suffer from depression so I’m constantly having to push my self through the day.
Mine is twofold because it's depression/mental illness and chronic pain/fatigue/illness. So sometimes I can't get out of bed because the depression, anxiety, oh and im in severe pain or can't move.
@InsidiousAnomaly absolutely get it I am similar if it isn’t one thing it is another or all of them which is always fun
