Dealing with Abilify's impulsive behavior side effect

pretty much all atypical antipsychotics will make you eat a ton, unfortunately, but it was MUCH worse for me on Zyprexa than Abilify. but im still gaining weight on it, and my only "workaround" is staying occupied with work/hobbies so im too focused to get hungry :(

I had no idea this was a side effect and would also like an answer to this question
