Possible PANS/PANDAS flare and bacterial infection in armpit

Hey PANS/PANDAS family, I need some help figuring out something. TW for slight TMI if armpits and bad smells gross you out. So I think I might have a bacterial infection in my armpit (and I didn't find out until today right after I left a doctor's appointment, how sad 🥲). It's been itching for a while but today it started burning and smelling really bad. Since yesterday I've had a spike in PANS/PANDAS symptoms. Yesterday it started with OCD, and today it's been that along with memory issues, speech problems, slow processing speed (slower than usual), dyslexia, delusions and paranoia, easy sensory overload, lots of anxiety, dissociation, headaches, urinary urgency, and more that I can't remember atm. Could this be a PANS/PANDAS flare? I didn't even think of that until a few ours ago but now that I realized that I've been very imposter syndrome-y thinking that I'm only having symptoms because I'm telling myself it's PANS/PANDAS. Mostly because my pupils aren't big so I'm like "maybe I'm just faking 🙃." But like I said I've been having these symptoms all day and didn't even consider it to be PANDAS until a few hours ago. Help 🥲 P.S. I'm not officially diagnosed I'm just suspecting PANS/PANDAS because I have a lot of symptoms and fully meet the critera. Just putting this out there in case anyone tells me to talk to my doctor/specialist because that's not an option atm 🥲 Thanks for reading!
