      Ppl play down ocd so much. I went thru a severe mental health crisis at 10 and honestly thought I wouldn’t make it out alive. It’s debilitating. I’m so sorry u feel this way ur totally valid ♥️ pls don’t give up I made it thru and u can too I promise and im only a message away
