Best Non-Prescription Pain Meds for EDS and Fibromyalgia?

I take Co-dyramol for joint pain. Works quite well.

CBD is a lifesaver for me personally. I get the inflammation ones from garden of life

Diclofinac worked incredible for my body pain, but if you also get migraines it isn’t the best option

Nerve pain meds have been best for me, currently on gaberpentine. For injures I use co-codamol
