My nurse friend says every one has some type of inflammation in their body. So I tried it for my daughter who was dealing with migraines daily. After a couple of weeks, her migraines went away to once a week due to stress at school. I’m not sure if there are any specific tests, you should ask your doctor. Check out this site- it’s very interesting https://www.theapprenticedoctor.com/signs-you-have-too-much-inflammation-in-your-body/ Qcore vitamins, are the vitamins that helped my daughter. I’d love to share more information with you about the products

Have you tried anti inflammatory vitamins that help relieve inflammation in your body that causes migraines? Other plant based products that helped relieve pain in minutes. It has been a game changer for my daughter

Figuring out what your triggers are and avoiding them is big. I know people who get instant migraines from eating sugar - so they avoid sugar. Staying well hydrated is important. Wearing sunglasses outside if bright light is a trigger. Being deliberate about physical exertion (exercise is important for managing migraines, but if you feel one coming on, it is not the time for a run, for example. A light walk maybe, but nothing intense). Reducing stress if possible (massive trigger for me). Also physical therapy if you suspect your migraines are caused by a physical trigger like muscle tightness or cervical stiffness. That's been a game-changer for me. What seems to be the theme with most of my conditions is that "quick fixes" are short lived and temporary. The only way to make real, long-term improvements is to play the long game and make changes to lifestyle to make things better. As unsatisfying as it is short-term, that's what's been helping me more than anything. Manage stress (connected to managing my anxiety), stay hydrated, stay physically active, eat healthy, etc. Best of luck to you ❤️

I found Nerivio very helpful. It is an FDA cleared and drug-free treatment - a device that is placed on the upper arm. It sends gentle electro pulses to the head and stops or makes my migraines bearable. Some of my friends are also using it and it saved them.
I use ice packs sometimes (FYI instant ice pack is ice in a ziplock bag)
Dry needling and trigger point injections have helped me along with meds. Also knowing what makes things worse and better. I know heat will make my migraines worse, so I put my air conditioner on a little earlier than most people would deem necessary and I know what symptoms I'll get with a migraine like severe nausea so I find things like motion bracelets and ginger chews to help with that
