What are your sleep cycles like? I tend to sleep for two hours and then wake up regardless of the time of day (when un-medicated).

My sleep at night is pretty remarkable without medication, i used to sleep all night semi conscious aware of every minute that passed and heard every noise in my house but also had dreams that were in my room or hallucinations i guess, but i spent over a decade sleeping like this and got sooooooo sleep deprived. I kinda thought it was normal to be asleep and be able to look at the clock to see what time it is whenever you want. I used to ask my husband to change the tv channel off history channel because the shows that came on in the middle of the night has scary background noises, he was like just go to sleep and you wont hear it, and i was like i hear everything all night. That's when i realized maybe everyone doesn't sleep like this. I had alot of sleep paralysis with horible hallucinations, im not trying xywav
