Sometimes grounding helps, when you focus on your senses. The wind on your face, the sounds you hear and smells. Also, breathing with intention. Check out box breathing. Meds tend to give chest pain so I’m not a fan. You have to endure that discomfort for months before it gets better. No thanks! Therapy also has been helping me a lot. Understanding why I have panic attacks and anxiety so when I start to feel anything coming, I start grounding myself and breath. I have to remind myself I’m ok, all is well. The chest discomfort I believe is from tensing up and our heart beating fast. Slowing all that down and just going loose, think of a noodle. Let your shoulders fall down and just feel your body’s weight. It does help but takes practice. Hope any of this helps. I know, how terrible it can be and a continued struggle.

@Markiss anytime. Kind words and support go a long way with our condition. We spend too much time feeling alone. We are not alone. We can beat this.

Honestly I'm having an episode now. I've been great for a fee days until I started the new meds. Process of elimination seems to mean the meds are making it worse. Therapy is my next step and see what they say. I pray for you man

This sounds crazy, but I stopped the meds I was on and two days later I felt so much better. I started new meds and then the same thing started happening. I'd advise heavily to talk to your doctor first before stopping meds.
