How to Manage Pain in the Winter and Coldness?

I use a heating pad. The kind you put in the microwave. Hot Showers.

Infrared heating pad! I swear by them. Keep one in my car, couch, and bed. The brand I use is UTK on Amazon and biomat. They’re more expensive than normal heating pads but bring 1000% more relief from pain. It’s the only thing that really helps me when it’s excruciating.
