I'm wondering if anyone deals with something similar to what I'm going through right now..... I've noticed a pattern in my symptoms, they typically flare up near certain events, which from my understanding is rather normal with PTSD... but I've noticed that my "pattern" has changed... this time of year has been a "good" time for as long as I can remember but lately I've noticed that I'm sinking more and more into depression. I'm going to bring it up in therapy, and I was just wondering if anyone else here has dealt with the same. Any tips to help get me out of this funk?!? my usual things just aren't helping anymore šŸ˜ž

@iwalker3 I've tried crochet before and enjoyed it. I'm going to get the supplies to try it again! I'd love to eventually make cute stuffies and tops and whatnot lol

Things that help me learning something new, reading something, podcast, watching something enticing and going out in nature. I'm coping with the same feelings.
