I got burnt out to a point where i really could barely do anything, no masking i wasn’t eating enough and it was really frustrating. Now im feeling a lot better but i still fall apart if ive done too much and its hard to decide what to bring back. Like masking used to be so second nature, even if it was draining, but now a lot of the time it has to be really forced and its harder than it was before. It’s really disorienting like idk who i am anymore idk what i like, i feel like burnout muted all my emotions and they didnt really come back (at least not yet) but its been a year since i rlly crashed into burnout and i still feel like i dont even know how to put myself back together

I feel like I'm going through that right now. I was diagnosed with acute anxiety disorder and since then I feel like I forgot how to be myself or even live. Nothing I used to like brings me joy. Or anything for that matter. Food doesn't even sound good. I have to choke down protein shakes just to have some nutrients.
