Hi, I can try to give you my method, maybe it will help you. For a long time, I have been trying to make the bed "sterile". The intention is to create a sleeping atmosphere in bed. I don't watch TV, and I'm not on my phone, I only enter it when I want to go to sleep, turn off the light and try to fall asleep.
