Experiencing unexplained lightheadedness

Thank you so much for replying. It helps to know I'm not alone and that maybe this could just be symptoms of multiple things that I already jave covering it up

I'm lightheaded and mildly fatigued 24/7 no matter what I do, doctors are mystified and can't tell me why, just that it doesn't make sense according to my tests and vitals. Holter monitor and EKG both say my heart is fine, I'm drinking 2-3 liters of water and taking 3 grams of salt in tablet form each day on top of midodrine but none of it seems to make these symptoms in particular go away. A student doctor at my last cardiologist appointment thought that maybe it could be an underlying condition I haven't been diagnosed with bc of other health problems (namely dysautonomia) covering it up. Not sure what to do with that or where to go but I just want you to know that you're not alone! We're in similar boats, it seems 😬
