Has anyone been able to find a habit tracking system that works for them? Maintaining a routine is important for me not to get too side tracked with ADHD but I find myself always getting hyper focused on a new format for a few weeks and then ditching it only to start the cycle all over again
I personally use and app called Todoist, and it has check list features, calendar features, due dates, lists, different colors, etc that help me stay organized !!
