Struggling with Diabulimia: Need Help!

i just want to say, i haven’t personally struggled but i’ve heard about it and read up on it. it’s definitely under researched and talked about. i’m sorry you’re going through this! my best advice is to be as honest as possible with your team and doctors as you can. sometimes i get random realizations of “f this i don’t want this controlling my life anymore” and i tell my team things i’ve been keeping secret to hold myself accountable. the more they know the more they can help. it’s scary but it’s the best thing you can do. wishing you the best ❤️
