Can You Find Happiness Alone?

I struggle to talk to others so I'm usually fine alone, I prefer it sometimes but it's hard bc sometimes I'm lonely but I'm scared to find people to talk to, no one ever cares abt me anyway

i definitely have a social battery but if isolated myself 24/7 i’d be way more miserable than i already am and thats coming from someone who also has social anxiety
