Anyone have advice for how to cope with tactile hallucination symptoms? So far I’ve been using ice to help redirect the sensory stimuli. Any other advice?

honestly, for me, i use candy. it helps a lot. it can be sour, real sweet, or whatever. i use these lollipops called “milkita’s” that i got from amazon. tastes like an actual milkshake. 💕
