    Juicing berries and papaya and romaine lettuce adding flaxseed powder golden kind. I cannot eat processed foods at this time. Juicing helps me poop while on medications

    So I went on the elimination diet for histamine intolerance. I am taking hydroxyzine 25mg nightly. I am just over three months since my first Covid symptom. I am continuing to avoid processed foods and watching to see if I have any reactions to foods bad for histamine intolerance. I have bad days and good days with the full body internal vibrations and buzzing in my left leg. I haven’t got anything really nailed down as cause and effect. Trying to avoid sugary high carb foods because I believe they make me anxious and antsy. But the frozen chicken I was eating might be a culprit. Might need to try pasture raised. I am okay with grass fed beef I think.

    I can’t do berries because I can’t have seeds. Because of diverticulosis. I have been lucky with my pooping. I am pretty sure the whole grain I am eating helps with that.

    I have tried an anti inflammatory diet but I haven’t stuck to it as well as I should have so far but I am really trying to do it now the hardest part is going gluten free however my mom went gluten free for arthritis and it has made a huge difference in helping her so I want to give it a good try

    I don’t think I could do gluten free. That would be like going back and being a vegetarian again. I have been tested and I am not celiac. But when I was a vegetarian I had so much energy all the time and never felt sluggish. Now I am taking 2000mg of omega 3, 1000 IU of D3, and 5000mcg of B12 every morning. Not sure how much it helps but I feel like I can notice it if I don’t take it. The Omega 3 is supposed to help with inflammation I think. I don’t think there is much difference between the low histamine diet and the anti-inflammatory diet from where I am sitting. My girlfriend has RA and needs to be on a anti-inflammatory diet so she keeps mentioning starting a Mediterranean diet. I get kidney stones from high oxalate foods which makes meat protein hard to replace. I would love to be vegetarian again but meat tastes real good and provides good nutrients. So I need to stick to pasture raised and grass fed as much as I can. I am sticking to cooking everything myself at home with Whole Foods. The meat is high risk for histamines so I have to lower the risk by eating the freshest of right from frozen. I do take risks now and then with what I eat to see where to line is because I hate to idea of being fearful of food. Mainly when I am at Disneyland. I finally got into long Covid treatments with the VA today so my fingers are crossed. I feel my condition seem to be getting worse. I am also only 3 months in so I am still early so who is to say. Sorry for the rant. Just felt I had to tell someone.
