I’m just wondering how you are getting to the underlying cause or how you treat your symptoms. How do I know if it’s POTS?

And I’m in a new state. I have chronic gastritis… I’m having so many different weird symptoms and I don’t know what’s going on.
I have asked that same question. Keep in mind, that i am only into this POTS coming up to 4 years. In many ways, its not a lot different than what they diagnosed 30+ years ago as INAPPROPRIATE TACHYCARDIA. This time, it was absolutely tied to standing. Until put on betablocker Metoprolol, i had 3 to 5 minutes before i was up to 170-210bpm and then couldnt breath (oxygen often dropped to 90%). I still topped 200bpm 9 months ago (implanted loop recorder reading), but becoming not 100% of the time. Just my thought, why does it matter. There isn't any cure. There isn't any specific treatment for POTS. Everything is about treating the symptoms. The most important thing is searching for a primary cause might lead to finding something that is currently treatable.
