Not sure if there are other sports fans who will see this, but the NHL has horribly treated and reacted to head injuries and head hits. The sport I love so much, and the league that does not love me back. When head hits go unpunished and the player hit is out the rest of the game. Absolutely disgusting. Concussions are serious. A person who has had multiple concussions receiving such a dirty hit makes me nervous for his future in the sport he loves. Sports as a whole need to be better about concussion prevention and forcing anyone who could have a concussion to be removed for their own health.
